Davyhulme Primary School, Davyhulme
Y5 are busy working on an exciting project to do with the play 'King Lear ' by William Shakespeare. They will be performing their work at the Royal Exchange in Manchester later this year which means they will not be able to perform the Passion Play in school next week as there is a lot of work involved in the Shakespeare project. Key Stage 2 pupils (Y3 -Y6 ) will be singing many of the songs from ' Hosanna ! ' next week in the Junior hall. The singing will be led by Y6 during a special 'one-off ' assembly. Parents, carers and friends from the community will not be able to attend on this occassion because of the Health and safety limits on hall capacity. | This Month's Value is... Respect!

🌟Star Named After Davyhulme Primary School by Grateful Family - What A Gesture 🌟Thank You So Much 🌟

12th Mar 2021

We know the vast majority of our families love what we are doing and are very thankful for all that we do , which we appreciate . We know that every family have different ways of expressing that gratitude and we would never set or expect messages or gifts from a certain standard or monetary value ...all expressions of support whether big or small are all warmly received by our school community .

This gift of having a star named after the school is a first and one which we will display centrally in a place for all to see . The family shall remain nameless ... they know who they are and we appreciate not only the gift but the lovely message of support that accompanied that gift...THANK YOU🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
