Welcome to Year 5

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new year in Year 5! We are looking forward to a fun and exciting year where we will be finding out about many interesting topics. This term, we will be reading the wonderful book Kensuke's Kingdom by Michael Morpurgo. We will be doing many exciting art projects linked to this book and also finding out about different countries around the world which the main character visits on his travels. This book will also be used as a stimulus for our writing in English.  We can't wait to get started!
